Custodial Services

Welcome!

The Custodial Services department is responsible for providing a healthy, sanitary, and safe environment for the University community by providing an acceptable standard for cleanliness throughout the university. 

Cleaning Schedule and Requests

Responsibilities of the Custodial Services department include cleaning the interiors of all classrooms, lecture halls, theaters, laboratories, libraries, offices, halls, stairs, elevators, and public areas as well as cleaning and restocking building restrooms on a regularly scheduled basis.

VIEW THE COMPLETE CLEANING SCHEDULE

All cleaning requests should be made to the Customer Service Center at (216)368-2580 or facility@case.edu. After-hours, all calls to the Customer Service Center are forwarded to the CWRU Police and Security dispatch office. Only emergencies will be responded to after-hours.

 

Health Sciences Complex

Buildings located in the Health Sciences Complex (Biomedical Research Building, Dental School, Nursing School, Pathology, Robbins, Sears Tower, Wolstein Research Building, and Wood Research Tower) are currently cleaned by CWRU staff and contract cleaning companies Monday - Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm. The HSC Custodial Office can be reached at (216) 368-1074 or (216) 368-4498.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Please schedule any non-routine cleaning requests (carpet shampooing, floor refinishing, additional manpower for special events) as far in advance as possible by contacting the Customer Service Center at 368-2580 or facility@case.edu.
