The Alumni Center doors are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to alumni and students of the university. From sipping coffee by the fireplace to holding meetings in the conference room, the Alumni Center can accommodate your business, social and networking needs. The Alumni Association is looking forward to meeting you and helping you become familiar with your new on-campus home.

Rental of The Linsalata Alumni Center

The Alumni Center may be rented for meetings, receptions and personal social events by alumni, faculty, staff, recognized student organizations and departments of Case Western Reserve University. University Circle partner institutions are also welcome to rent the space. Rental charges vary depending on the individual renting the space, the time of day and/or day of the week required, the space requested and any incidental expenses such as the rental of tables and chairs, reconfiguration of furniture or parking.


There are two primary meeting spaces: the second floor conference room, which holds 10 comfortably and is completely equipped with a computer and high speed internet connectivity and the first floor Board Room, which seats 16. This room has a built-in projection screen and a projector is available for presentations. For larger meetings, up to 30 attendees may be accommodated in the Living Room. There is space available in the Alumni Center for break-out sessions as well. Meeting rental charges vary dependent upon room requested, staffing needs, time needed and equipment required.

 An almost unlimited configuration of spaces can be rented for receptions, lunches  and dinners. The Alumni Center has hosted memorial services, bridal and baby  showers, rehearsal dinners and wedding ceremonies and receptions. The capacity  depends on the type of event, ranging from a maximum of 75 for a formal sit down lunch or dinner up to 125 for a stand up reception.

 The Alumni Center Coordinator is available to give you a tour of the elegant spaces and to sit down with you and plan your special event.
