Accommodations
Most participants will stay in the Village at 115 on-campus housing facility. To reserve accommodations please fill out the housing form.
If you are staying at the Village at 115, on arrival you can park and check in at Wade Commons (at 1656 E. 115th Street, across from Starbucks) between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Sunday or between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. on weekdays.
Campus shuttles run regularly between the Village at 115 and the main quad, where talks will be held.
We will try to reimburse (part of or all) housing expenses of as many participants as possible; in particular for graduate students, post docs and participants without funding.
