[Scene 8] Hwang Ti enters. The masker Brutus talks vehemently against tyranny. But  l'Inconnue takes him away and tells him that no one hears him because everything "happened  in a completely differnt time." Hwang Ti proclaims the absolute victory, the final Order, the building of the Chinese Wall and his last triumph: the capture of the last adversary in the empire, known as Min Ko.
