A New Tool in Officers' Belts

What police officers of the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority frequently find on calls is not criminal activity, but families in potential need of social-service help. They partnered with social-work professor Mark Singer and Mental Health Services to develop a referral program to address these situations.
