Stephanie Kahn is Community Planning and Allocations Associate at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland. She is responsible for conducting and using population research to meet the human service needs of the Jewish community; managing community engagement initiatives including the Michael and Anita Siegal One Happy Camper Program and Moishe House Cleveland; and for providing support and guidance in the annual allocations process. In addition to her Planning and Allocations work, Stephanie manages the teen philanthropy programs of Saltzman Youth Panel and the High School and College Divisions of the Campaign for Jewish Needs. In addition to her role at the Federation, Stephanie is a theatrical lighting designer and master electrician. She worked on over 70 shows during her time at Northwestern and has designed for Playmakers Youth Theatre and the Dobama Theater's Marilyn Bianchi Kid's Playwriting Festival. Stephanie also coaches and judges Speech and Debate for the Ohio High School Speech League at Laurel School. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Global Health, and Theatre from Northwestern University and is beginning the part-time MBA program at Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management in July of 2016 with anticipated graduation in 2019.
