College Rings, Announcements and Diploma Frames
Personalized commencement announcements are available through the University Bookstore. Herff Jones representatives will be on site to answer questions and take orders during the Grad Fair and the Doctoral Fitting Days. If you cannot attend one of these events, check out the selection of announcements, class rings, diploma frames and other items available online.

The University Bookstore regular hours are:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
During the week of commencement, the University Bookstore hours will be as follows:
- Monday, May 15-Thursday, May 18: 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
- Friday, May 19: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Saturday, May 20: 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Graduation Bouquets + Commemorative Shirts
The Mortar Board Honor Society will be selling beautiful bouquets of long stem roses before and after the convocation ceremony. A variety of bouquets will be available. All proceeds will be used to help fund The Mortar Board Society—one of Case Western Reserve University's most active community service organizations.
Commencement Flowers provides graduates and guests with the opportunity to pre-order their flowers online. Flowers ordered in advance will be available for pick-up in the lobby of the Veale Convocation Center on Commencement day. Commemorative shirts listing the names of all graduates are also available for pre-order online. Email email@example.com for more information about commencement shirts.
GradImages is the official photographer for Case Western Reserve University Commencement. A professional photographer will take individual pictures of each graduate as they receive their diploma. Following the ceremony, each graduate will receive a free passport-sized digital proof of this photograph on an order card along with instructions on how to order photos.
The yearbook staff works over the course of the academic year to produce a yearbook that details university events, student organizations, athletics, Greek life and other important facets of campus life. The book is available to all Case Western Reserve students, faculty, staff and administration and serves as a comprehensive look at the history and evolution of the university.
