Free online course in entrepreneurship

Michael Goldberg, Assistant Professor at the Weatherhead School of Management, will be offering a free online course focused on entrepreneurship in the spring. The MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) will feature videos of local entrepreneurs, as well as interaction with business leaders. Beyond Silicon Valley: Growing Entrepreneurship in Transitioning Economies will begin in April. Goldberg is an experienced venture capitalist and international business leader. He has spent time teaching in various countries including in Vietnam as a Fulbright fellow.

This will be CWRU’s third MOOC. The first two MOOCs were launched last spring. International thought leader, Richard Boyatzis, attracted over 85,000 participants to his course Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence. Internationally renowned law school professor, Michael Scharf, taught a course on Introduction to International Criminal Law.
