Interrupting Bias during the Faculty Search Process
This session, required for all faculty and staff members participating on faculty search committees, explores barriers within the faculty search process that prevent the fair evaluation of underrepresented candidates. Former participants will be required to attend a brief 30-minute refresher session if they have not attended the full training within the last two calendar years.
Standing sessions of the full presentation are available every second Friday (9:00 – 10:30 am) and every fourth Tuesday (3:30 – 5:00 pm) of the month in Adelbert Hall M2. Standing refresher sessions are held on the second Friday of every month (10:30 – 11:00 am) in Adelbert Hall M2.

Successfully Executing the Faculty Search Process
This session, required for all administrators tasked with completing Affirmative Action forms, explains the process of posting ads for open faculty positions to meet OFCCP and university Affirmative Action requirements.
