Emeriti receive a new photo ID card, at no charge. The card validates special privileges such as parking. It is required for access to university facilities, library services and more.
Emeriti may apply in person for their ID between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday at Access Services. They are asked to bring along their faculty ID card in exchange for the emeriti ID card. This may be done through the mail also by sending a current photo with the faculty ID. It is advisable to send the documents by delivery service so that they can be tracked.
