The 2017 F. Joseph Callahan Distinguished Lecture at Case Western Reserve University presents acclaimed professor, cultural critic, author and filmmaker Dr. Henry Louis Gates, Jr. who will discuss the topic of ancestry. The hour-long lecture will be followed by a 15-minute Q&A.

There has been a high level of interest in this free public event and we have reached the capacity of the venue. Because of the overwhelming response to this program, we have arranged live streaming to the Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom, where the program may be viewed in its entirety.
