If your chemical fume hood needs servicing due to low or no air flow, broken dome lights, broken sash (or sash is difficult to slide up or down), air flow sensor malfunction, or simply the hood needs annual re-certification, etc., please fill out the Chemical Fume Hood Service Request Form and submit. Note that the account number will be used for tracking purposes only.
