Article V. Meetings and Conduct of Business
A. Regular Meetings, 1. It is intended that a regular meeting of the Graduate Student Senate shall be held each month of the academic semester, but no fewer than three (3) meetings shall be held each semester.
All meetings of the Graduate Student Senate, the GSS Executive Committee, and GSS Committees are open to all graduate students.
Meetings are typically held on the second Thursday of each month from 4:00-5:30 PM in the Toepfer Room of Adelbert Hall during the fall and spring semesters. Our meetings are often attended by university administrators and organization leaders throughout campus.   Agenda items of General Assembly meetings include:

• Open discussion on GSS agenda items
• Debate and voting on new legislation
• Announcements from guest speakers regarding programs of interest to graduate students
