We have had a fun-filed school year so far with many exciting I-Club events, such as the Mentor program orientation and dinners, Case-mas Celebration, the informative GBMs and Mixers, and our upcoming International Dinner!
Want to be part of the team to plan and organize all these wonderful events? Don't just be part of the diversity, come celebrate and promote diversity with us!
Come to International Club Executive Board Member Elections
We hope to gather people who have exciting new ideas and outstanding leadership to take up the core of I-Club and help the organization to strive towards a much more electrifying year ahead.
Clicking the I-club Spring2013 Election Link will lead you to the prerequisites of nominees and voters, detailed position description, nomination list and voters sign-up sheets. Nominate yourself, a friend or anyone that you think is capable to run for one of the positions.
Below are some important things to note in the Google Doc
1)Prerequisites and Info - prerequisites that must be met for you to run for a position or to vote for a candidate. Please read it carefully before you nominate someone.
2) Position Descriptions - detailed description for each of the executive position. Contact respective executive members if you have any question.
3) Nomination list - spreadsheet where you nominate a friend or yourself for one or several position. If you are not sure if a friend is qualified to be nominated or not, please go ahead and nominate him/her. A notification email will be sent to each nominee, so themselves can confirm if they are qualified.
4) Voters Sign-up list - Spreadsheet where you can sign-up for yourself or your friend to vote for the candidates. If you are qualified to vote, sign-up to support for friends!
*The nomination list will close on Feb 21st at Midnight. The voters sign-up list will NOT close until the day before the election. Once the nomination list is closed, the nominees will have ONE WEEK to confirm if they'd like to run for the position. A time survey will also be sent out after Feb 21st to all nominees to decide the best time of election.
