Why do I have trouble using a 64 bit version of Internet Explorer with a 64 bit version of Windows 7, Vista or XP?
There are two steps you must take to get the videos to play on a 64 bit system.

  • You must use a 32 bit web browser. If you are currently using Internet Explorer please switch to the 32 bit version located on your computer at C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe. A shortcut can be made to this browser by right-clicking on the file and choosing "Create Shortcut." Move that shortcut to the location of your choosing (usually the desktop). Alternatively, you can use Safari, Firefox, Chrome, or another 32 bit browser.

  • You will need to switch to the Quicktime Beta Player or the new Flash Beta Player. To change to Quicktime Beta Player:
    1. Login to and then click 'My Account' located below your name in the login box.
    2. From the 'My Training' section on the left select 'Preferences'
    3. Locate the 'Player Preferences' section about halfway down the page and select 'Quicktime Beta Player.' The videos should now function normally.
