Let ITS help you with your planning!

  • Share your plans and needs with us.
    • Include us in early discussions about possible projects so that we can help shape your budget and facility specifications with IT requirements in mind.
    • We ask for a minimum of two weeks notice for our technology teams to research your needs and develop comprehensive recommendations for IT equipment and services.
  • Give us ongoing feedback regarding the recommendations we provide, so that we can continue to build our understanding of what does and doesn’t work in each location.
To request assistance, contact the ITS Service Desk at 216.368.4357 (HELP) or help@case.edu. If a comprehensive IT solution is needed, a project coordinator will be assigned to you.
