Students acquire basic knowledge of Hebrew, learn decoding, vocabulary and grammar necessary for understanding biblical narrative and Bible-based liturgy. Over the course of our studies, students will be exposed to the sights and sounds of the original Hebrew letters appearing in the Bible. Students will have multiple opportunities to absorb the content using various activities, games and manipulatives. No prior knowledge of Hebrew is necessary. Necessary Materials: binder/folder and a Chumash Beresheit/Book of Genesis in the original Hebrew
