Ticket Policies

 

 Box Office Hours

The Box Office is only open the night of performances starting 2 hours prior to event start time and closes at intermission or at the midpoint of a performance. Any questions or ticket orders can be made over the phone Monday-Friday between 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Box Office Number: 216-368-6062.

Ordering Tickets

Tickets for any performance at the Maltz Performing Arts Center can be purchased anytime online by going to the  www.case.edu/maltzcenter/events. Tickets can also be ordered Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. by calling 216-368-6062.

Refund Policy

All ticket and parking sales are final. No refunds will be given for any purchased tickets or passes. 

Accesible Seating 

The Maltz Performing Arts Center adheres to all state and federal guidelines for offering accesssible seating to all performances. Accessible seating can be purchased online, by phone or in person. 

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced by calling the box office. Tickets will be placed in Will Call under the name of the ticket purchaser. Only the ticket purchaser may pick up the reprinted tickets during the event. Once tickets are reprinted, all tickets printed prior will be voided. 

Child Policy 

All guests need a ticket to attend. All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Some performances may have independent child policies. Please contact the Box Office if there are any questions. 

Ticket Delivery

Tickets at the time of purchase can be designated Print at Home or Will Call. Print at Home tickets must be printed by the patron prior to atending the performance and must be shown upon entry to the Maltz Center. Will Call tickets will be printed by the Maltz Center and will be available to pick up by the ticket purchaser ONLY 2 hours prior to the event. A valid photo ID is required. The Maltz Performing Arts Center does not mail any tickets or passes to guests.
