Annual Workshop Exhibitors

YPS seeks organizations from across the nonprofit sector to exhibit at the Annual Workshop.  Attendees are interested in information about volunteer opportunities for K-12 students and resources for K-12 teachers and youth development professionals. 

 

Why Exhibit?

• Network with an audience of over 200 service-oriented K-12 educators, students, and youth development professionals.
• Promote your organization’s services available to K-12 youth and/or educators.
• Promote your group and individual volunteer experiences.
• Promote your specific project and encourage its replication – a great way to recognize your youth!
• Gain exposure for your organization and its mission.
• Show your support of youth service and philanthropy.

 

Audience

Over 200 individuals typically attend the YPS Annual Workshop including adults representing K-12 schools, adults representing youth serving agencies, and K-12 youth primarily from Northeast Ohio.  YPS aims to provide exhibits that each of these audiences will find interesting and useful. 

 

Exhibit Schedule (Tentative)

10:30 – 11:30              Exhibit Set-Up

11:50 – 1:00                Attendee Lunch and Exhibits (Booths must be manned during this time.)

 

Exhibit Details

• Exhibitors will be listed in the Annual Workshop program and on the YPS website with a brief description and contact information.
• Each exhibit includes one six-foot table with draped linen.
• Electricity is available upon request.
• Each exhibit can accommodate up to two representatives.

 

Exhibitor Fees

The fee for an exhibit is $30.  Exhibits should be manned during the entire exhibit time.

Fees cover the cost of exhibiting only.  Lunch can be purchased for an additional $20 per exhibitor.  The cost of attending Workshop sessions is not included.  Any exhibitor wanting to attend the Workshop sessions must also register separately for the Annual Workshop.

Limited space is available.  Only paid exhibits will be guaranteed space.  After January 15th, Exhibitor Applications will be accepted on a space available basis only. 

No refunds will be issued after January 15, 2010.  A $15 fee will be assessed for checks returned for insufficient funds.
