Program Evaluation
Program evaluation is an essential component to any program that involves consumer/participant involvement. An evaluation will help your organization to pinpoint the program’s strong points as well as where the program needs improvement. A popular method of program evaluation is pre-testing/post-testing. Questionnaires are developed and are given to participants prior to their involvement of your program and then again after the program are completed. The questionnaires should be exactly the same and are useful tools in measuring learning.
