A 92 year-old man presented with a headache and right sided weakness.

Lobar Intracerebral Hemorrhage from Amyloid Angiopathy: Axial CT scans. Note the large subacute hemorrhage in the left frontoparietal lobe. In this case, the hemorrhage was due to amyloid. Amyloid associated intracerebral hemorrhage is common in very elderly individuals and often occurs as a lobar hemorrhage.
