Outline the Acute Diffusion Abnormalites

Basilar Occlusion: Diffusion-weighted axial MRIs. Note the numerous small areas of acute infarction in the bilateral cerebellum and pons. These are all in the vascular territory of the basilar artery and/or its branches.
