A 41 year-old woman presented with an acute quadriparesis and dysphagia requiring urgent intubation.

Label the Arteries

Basilar Occlusion: Post-tPA, Cerebral angiogram, right vertebral injection; (Left) AP view; (Right) Lateral view. Note that normal flow has been re-established to the basilar artery and its branches following the administration of intravenous and intra-arterial tPA. The patient was discharged from the hospital 2 days later with no appreciable neurological deficit (AICA = anterior inferior cerebellar artery; PCA = posterior cerebral artery; SCA = superior cerebellar artery).
