Cooking for a Cure, Cleveland, OH, October 16, 2017

On October 16, 2017 at the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and The Young Scientist Foundation partnered together for the 3rd Cooking for a Cure that featured gourmet dishes and wine pairings from nationally- and internationally- renowned chefs, including Dante Boccuzzi (Dante Dining Group, Cleveland), Floyd Cardoz (Paowalla, New York City), Sarah Grueneberg (Monteverde, Chicago) and Ravin Patel (Selland Family Restaurants, Sacramento).

At this year's event, $130,000 was raised to support students in the Young Scientist Program in Cleveland. This program nurtures and cultivates research acumen, the generation and incubation of new and exciting ideas and encourages students at the earliest points of their careers to take risks in their research in the lab.
