On January 19th, 2017, the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) awarded our Anesthesiologist Assistant program site in Washington, DC continuing accreditation for five years, the longest duration that the CAAHEP grants. The CAAHEP found our site in DC upholds the highest educational standards. What an honor for our Washington, DC staff who have earned this recognition for their constant commitment to improving the quality of the education they provide.
These accreditation standards are established by CAAHEP, ARC-AA, American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAAA), and American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA).
