Race Training Plans | Professional Guidance for Effective Training
Get a customized training program for your upcoming race! Plans range from 8-24 weeks ahead of your event. Your personalized plan is based on an initial consultation, questionnaire results, and date and goal distance of your event. All plans are developed by Jason Chuhay, 121 Fitness Trainer and Road Runner Club of America (RRCA) Certified Coach & CrossFit Endurance Trainer.

Virtual Coaching | Support & Guidance Across the Finish Line
Get virtual coaching with your training plan for extra support and guidance as you train for your event. Includes an initial consolation, questionnaire, and customized training program developed and adapted to your training needs. Program will be assess and adapted during your training by your coach, Jason Chuhay.
Jason joined the 121 Fitness Staff in 2008. His credentials include being a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 Instructor, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, Kettlebell Concepts Level 1 Instructor, Jump Stretch Flex Band Instructor, USA Track and Field Level 1 Coach, TRX Suspension Trainer, RRCA and Crossfit Endurance Trainer. Jason coordinates the 121 Fitness Running Club and instructs Kettlebell, Cardio Muscle and HardCORE classes. He ensures that each individual feels confident and well-informed about their exercise training techniques. Jason specializes in building stamina, bone density, balance and coordination, flexibility, self-confidence, and overall strength. His training philosophy is centered through intensified, functional exercise to obtain efficient, full-body workouts. Jason enjoys competing in road races and marathons.
