The Office of Faculty Diversity
The Office of Faculty Diversity (OFD) is housed within Case's Office of Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity. The Faculty Diversity Officer reviews allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination (gender, sexual orientation, racial, ADA) and also serves as a facilitator for addressing faculty diversity issues in areas related to faculty duties.
The Manager of Faculty Diversity and Development, provides customized resources and information to search committees, department chairs and deans to increase the diversity of the faculty candidate pools and eliminate bias from evaluation procedures.
