Enrollment Operations is responsible for the vision, planning, program development, implementation and evaluation of business processes that enable the division of Enrollment Management to achieve its enrollment goals. Operations works to foster collaborations within the division and works closely with the offices of Undergraduate Admission, University Financial Aid, Strategic Marketing, and First Year Experience and Family Programs to monitor the execution of business processes and ensure they are focused on meeting enrollment and retention goals.
