The Strategic Marketing group supports the Office of Undergraduate Admission by creating and conveying a cohesive narrative of Case Western Reserve University to potential students. The team identifies well-qualified students and develops highly targeted messaging and engaging experiences for a variety of platforms—including direct mail, email, social media and online communications. The team also works closely with and develops strategic communications plans and messaging for Operations, University Financial Aid, and First-Year Experience and Family Programs.
