CWRU has financial aid counseling staff available to meet with students and prospective students in person on a walk-in basis or by telephone each weekday throughout the year. E-mail inquiries receive a response within twenty-four hours.

Students and prospective students receive the financial aid award information through a secure portal at My Financial Aid. Instructions are provided on accepting or declining each type of assistance offered and reducing loans.
CWRU provides the Financial Aid Shopping Sheet to each entering undergraduate student identified as a recipient of educational benefits through the Veteran’s Administration or Department of Defense. Additional information about the application process, types of available assistance, cost of attendance, and special programs may be found by visiting the Office of Financial Aid. The secure student portal through which a student may apply for aid and review and accept the award is available at My Financial Aid. Students will log in using their assigned CWRU Network ID.
