The scheduling grid is the calendar listing of what is occurring in rooms and to also show availability. Visit www.case.edu/adastra to begin. No sign on is required!
-Select the “CALENDARS” tab under the CWRU logo.
-Select “Scheduling Grids”.
-Rooms will appear in alphabetical order. To view additional rooms, turn the page or show additional rooms on the same page.
-To change the date, select the date in the top center then choose a new date from the calendar.
-The arrows on either side of the date allow you to view one day forward or one day back.
-The list can be sorted by any column. For example, selecting the “capacity” column will sort the rooms smallest to largest by capacity instead of alphabetical. Selecting the capacity column for a second time will sort the rooms from largest to smallest.
-Hover your mouse over any event or class section to see additional details.
-Different room filters are available by selecting the filter drop-down menu.
-To proceed to an event request form, select the “Request Event” icon in the upper right corner. See Astra Guest Instructions for details on completing an event request form.
