Posters + Booths FAQs

  • You are responsible for providing your own poster for display at the event.
  • Poster size is limited to 42 inches high by 68 inches wide.
  • Poster frame display area is 4 feet high by 6 feet wide.
  • One chair is provided at each poster area.
  • If you have additional needs like more chairs, a table or an extension cord, you MUST indicate that on your online ShowCASE Registration form.
  • It is acceptable to present posters that have been presented at other events.
  • The booth area is approximately 10 foot by 10 foot and it is partially draped.
  • You are responsible for providing your own poster for display at the event.
  • Poster size is limited to 42 inches high by 68 inches wide but there is room for additional displays on the table.
  • Two chairs and one table are provided at each booth area.
  • There will be one extension cord provided with three outlets.
  • If you have additional needs like more chairs, another table or extension cord, you MUST indicate that on your online ShowCASE Registration form.
  • It is acceptable present posters that have been presented at other events.

 

  • Set-up is the day before Research ShowCASE (Thursday) from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
  • The poster or booth must remain on display until the event concludes.
  • Take-down is immediately after Research ShowCASE (Friday) at 3:00pm.

We ask that you, your staff or one of your research authors be at your poster or booth on Friday from 10:00am - 3:00pm to be able to actively engage with visitors.  If you have a booth, we encourage you bring handouts describing your work or center or make it available on the mobile app.

If you choose to participate in one of the competitions, you must be at your poster during judging hours.
