2014 Back-to-School Supply Drive

Once again the SAC is sponsoring a Back-to-School Supply Drive, from July 25th to September 19th. A suggested list of supplies is available here.

Steps 4 Staff

This year, SAC is sponsoring the fifth annual Steps 4 Staff walk to raise money for the Staff Educational Enhancement Fund (SEEF). The walk will be held on Friday, October 3, starting at 3pm. Weather permitting, the walk will start at Adelbert Gym and proceed throughout the University Circle area; in the event of rain, the walk will be inside the gym. Walkers may participate for a $15.00 donation. Please use our on-line registration form to sign up in advance (Payment options are included on the web form). Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to get some activity and have some fun with your fellow employees.

Robin Kramer SAC Volunteer Award 2014

President Barbara Snyder invites you to nominate a Staff Advisory Council (SAC) member for the Robin Kramer SAC Volunteer Award. This annual award honors a SAC member whose volunteer service to the Staff Advisory Council and broader campus community has had a significant effect on colleagues, students, or visitors with whom they came into contact.

Case Western Reserve created The Robin Kramer SAC Volunteer Award in honor of Robin Kramer, a University employee whose qualities and commitment to volunteerism set a standard for distinguished service. Robin Kramer (August 5, 1955-November 1, 2013) was known for her passion for serving the University and its employees.
