Reporting to the University

If you’d like to report to Case Western Reserve University

Case Western Reserve University has a designated Title IX Coordinator to oversee all aspects of sexual misconduct complaints, investigations, and prevention and education programs. The university encourages individuals who experienced sexual misconduct to report it to the Office of Title IX or one of the Designated Reporting Representatives.

For university faculty, staff, officials and student employees

Any university faculty, staff, official or student employee (ex. Resident Assistant or Orientation Leaders) who is consulted about and/or witness behavior involving potential sexual misconduct has the responsibility to report the potential misconduct to one of the Designated Reporting Representatives.

For students

The university expects and encourages students to report incidents of sexual misconduct to one of the Designated Reporting Representatives. Please note that the Designated Reporting Representatives are not confidential resources.
