Supporting International Students in the ClassroomDate Released: 16 February 2017
Communication failures in class may be the result of cultural differences and different academic environment experiences. Join ESS, UCITE, and the Center for International Affairs to learn some common cultural characteristics for international students and gain a new perspective when teaching a culturally diverse class.
Join us for that session on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. in the Large Conference Room of Tomlinson Hall, which is on the 1st Floor.
Pizza lunch and sodas will be provided at this session. To help us estimate the amount to order, please let us know if you plan to attend this session by replying to this email or sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
