Day or night technical assistance is just a call or click away while you are a student, staff member or faculty member at Case Western Reserve. Information Technology Services (ITS) offers three ways you can get the help you need, right when you need it:

  1. Browse help.case.edu for do-it-yourself articles and training resources. Can't find what you're looking for? Click "Live Chat" to instant message one of our technicians.
  2. Call 216.368.HELP (4357) day or night to speak with a member of our support team. From your laptop to your smartphone, they can troubleshoot problems with the devices and tools that matter to you.
  3. Once on campus, visit our Customer Assistance, Resources and Education (CARE) Center. This walk-in facility is staffed by technicians who can answer your questions and service your devices. For CARE Center location and hours, click "Visit" on the left-hand sidebar of help.case.edu.
