Day or night technical assistance is just a call or click away while you are a student, staff member or faculty member at Case Western Reserve. Information Technology Services (ITS) offers three ways you can get the help you need, right when you need it:
- Browse help.case.edu for do-it-yourself articles and training resources. Can't find what you're looking for? Click "Live Chat" to instant message one of our technicians.
- Call 216.368.HELP (4357) day or night to speak with a member of our support team. From your laptop to your smartphone, they can troubleshoot problems with the devices and tools that matter to you.
- Once on campus, visit our Customer Assistance, Resources and Education (CARE) Center. This walk-in facility is staffed by technicians who can answer your questions and service your devices. For CARE Center location and hours, click "Visit" on the left-hand sidebar of help.case.edu.
