216.368.HELP Phone System Undergoing Maintenance

The Call Manager phone system at the [U]Tech Service Desk is undergoing scheduled maintenance during the specified periods below. During these timeframes, incoming calls will be received via a back-up system and callers can leave voicemails. Also, the campus community can utilize help@case.edu and the live chat function on help.case.edu for assistance.

  • Friday, 12/1 from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM
  • Saturday, 12/2 from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM
  • Friday, 12/8 at 11:00 PM to Saturday, 12/9 at 8:00 AM
