Help Desk Call Manager Undergoing Maintenance

The Call Manager phone system at the [U]Tech Service Desk is undergoing scheduled maintenance during the specified periods below. During these timeframes, incoming calls will be answered via a backup system and callers can leave voicemails as needed. Also, the campus community can utilize help@case.edu and the live chat function on help.case.edu for assistance.

  • Friday, 12/8 at 11:00 PM until Saturday, 12/9 at 8:00 AM
  • Saturday, 12/9 at 6:00 PM until Sunday, 12/10 at 9:00 AM
