Maintenance to Authentication Services Thursday, December 22

UTech has scheduled network maintenance to address recent issues affecting various authentication services (SSO, Kerberos, LDAP) and related applications that use those services to authenticate their usage, such as Blackboard and Webmail. On Thursday, December 22 from 3:00 am to 4:00 am, UTech engineers will be performing a software upgrade on a network device in an attempt to avoid any future outages. The estimated downtime is approximately 30 minutes. During that time, the ability to sign into applications using your Network ID and Password may be affected.
