Monthly IT Centralization Brown Bag Series to launch March 17
Information Technology professionals from across campus, as well as other interested members of the university community, are invited to attend a monthly Brown Bag Series starting March 17 from noon to 1 p.m. in 400 Nord Hall. The series will be hosted by Michael Kubit, deputy chief information officer, and will update attendees on the effort to Centralize IT at Case Western Reserve and answer any and all questions participants might have.
Attendees should bring their own lunch to the series; lunch will not be provided. The series will continue on the third Thursday of every month throughout the Centralization process.

Case Western Reserve is undergoing an effort to Centralize IT in an inclusive and collaborative manner that best supports the strategic missions of the university. Important goals of this effort include:
Reduce and effectively manage the risk profile of CWRU
Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness by leveraging best practices across the university
Improve the “IT experience” across all areas of the university
Optimize the university’s investments in IT
