Seats remaining for May CAPS classes: All Things Travel, Financial Online Inquiries
Want to learn more about travel policy or online financial inquiries at Case Western Reserve University? Seats are remaining in these two classes of the CWRU Administrative Professional Series (CAPS).
All Things Travel:
Discover the detailed elements of CWRU travel policy, as well as guidelines for completing travel reimbursement requests, statements of travel expense and travel advances by attending All Things Travel. This class will cover the university's preferred travel agencies for direct-billed airfare and hotel accommodations. Also, learn about the benefits of the American Express Travel and Expense (T&E) Card Program, university travel-related vendors and the scope and operations of the Travel Services Office.
All Things Travel will be held Monday, May 9 from 3 to 5 p.m. in Room 215 (Active Collaboration Room) on the second floor of the Kelvin Smith Library. Registration is required in advance at case.edu/utech/caps/register. The class will be removed from the registration form when all seats are filled. Financials Online Inquiries:
Financials Online Inquiries covers the online inquiries available in the CWRU reporting database. This includes procurement-related online inquiries that provide real-time, online access to key financial documents, such as vouchers, payments, purchase orders, and requisitions. Attendees will also learn about accessing and using ledger inquiries.
Financials Online Inquiries will be held Friday, May 20 from 9:30 a.m. to noon in the Room 327 on the third floor of the BioEnterprise Building.
Registration is required in advance by visiting case.edu/utech/caps/register. The class will be removed from the registration form when all seats are filled.
