Technology Maintenance and Updates - Adobe Connect, Parchment, QuikPay

The following technology updates and maintenance events are scheduled at CWRU:

The Adobe Connect, an online meeting and videoconference service, will begin storage migration maintenance on Thursday, July 16, starting at 1 pm, to add storage space to the server that is near capacity. The brief maintenance event will last approximately 8-10 hours. Users may experience some lag time while using the system and, if possible, should consider holding off hosting any meetings until Friday morning. Adobe Connect is free to faculty, staff and students to use for conducting online classes, office hours, meetings and webinars. Parchment Transcript processing services, the platform used by students to order transcripts, will be unavailable to users from 2 to 5 a.m. on Sunday, July 17. This planned, temporary outage will allow University Technology (UTech) to conduct scheduled maintenance.

QuikPay services will be unavailable to users from 1:15 to 4:15 a.m. on Monday, July 18. This planned, temporary outage will allow University Technology (UTech) and the QuikPay vendor to conduct scheduled maintenance. Users attempting to reach the QuikPay service while it is offline will see a maintenance announcement asking them to try again later. QuikPay is the online system used by students and other authorized users to conduct billing-related credit card transactions.
