Voicemail services

Case Western Reserve University transitioned its voicemail service from Communité to Cisco Unity Connection In January 2015. Cisco Unity Connection archives your voice messages and delivers copies (as an audio file attachment) to your CWRU email account. Access your voicemail one of three ways:

  1. Call Cisco Unity Connection (visit our accessing-voicemail page for instructions)
  2. Listen to the audio file delivered to your CWRU email account
  3. Access the Cisco Unity Connection Web Inbox

Consult the training resources linked in the sidebar to learn how to configure and use Cisco Unity Connection at Case Western Reserve. Your personal settings for voicemail can be changed by calling the voicemail system from any phone, or by accessing the Cisco Unity Connection Web Inbox (um.case.edu).
