The Department of Theater in the College of Arts and Sciences at Case Western Reserve University is accepting applications for an assistant professor of movement and acting (tenure-track) beginning in the 2018-2019 academic year. The position will be the primary movement specialist in the Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Play House MFA Acting program, and also teach at the undergraduate level based on areas of expertise. Other duties include production movement coaching; advising; university, college, and department service; and the possibility of directing depending on experience. The normal teaching load is three and two on the semester system.
A Master of Fine Arts degree and experience teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels is required.
