Case Art Studio Lecturer shall:

  • Serve as an academic advisor to undergraduate students enrolled as photography minors, electives or independent study students

  • Be the instructor of record for: Photography I (four sections each Fall and Spring).

  • Supervise 5 student photo lab assistants to run 35 hours per week of open photography lab

  • Safely maintain the facilities, equipment, and supplies associated with black and white and color photography darkrooms and classroom

Qualifications 

POSITION: 

Full-Time Lecturer:  Photography; Photo Advisor; Non-tenure track

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

M.F.A. Degree. Exhibition record. At least five years college-level teaching experience.  Expertise in black and white, color, and digital photography. Knowledge of photo technological theory and history, and their application to teaching.  Maintain a safe photograph laboratory.
