Manager, Strategic Financial Planning and Operations, Cleveland, Ohio: Plan for potential initiatives and business opportunities including market analysis, customer pricing analyses, and assess revenue potential. Assistant Dean of Finance to ensure plans are consistent with SOM financial management approaches. Lead selected initiatives working with internal and external stakeholders and customers including preparing project launch plans, development of sales strategies, project management, sales pipeline management and executive level reporting. Lead the faculty compensation analysis effort on behalf of the SOM. Develop a robust faculty compensation tracking and management database. Assist and leverage strategic opportunities to improve faculty compensation. Create and implement systematic approaches to analyze revenue opportunities for master programs, working across administrative and academic departments. Analyze assessment of market potential and strategies for collaboration and interaction. Lead a team to provide enrollment services across a variety of master’s programs with the goal of managing from end to end the processes and practices that increase the number of quality of students into the programs. Design and implementation of new work processes and operations based on six sigma and lean process management techniques and approaches to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness across a variety of business operations at the SOM. Compile information across various sources, presentation of executive level briefings to SOM leadership, and validating information.  Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as twelve (12) months in job or job related experience to include plan for potential initiatives and business opportunities including market analysis, customer pricing analyses, and assess revenue potential; lead selected initiatives working with internal and external stakeholders and customers including preparing project launch plans, development of sales strategies, project management, sales pipeline management and executive level reporting; analyze assessment of market potential and strategies for collaboration and interaction; compile information across various sources, presentation of executive level briefings to SOM leadership, and validating information.
