Postdoctoral Scholar, Department of Pathology

A Postdoctoral Scholar position in neurodegenerative diseases is available in Dr. Xinglong Wang’s laboratory within the Department of Pathology at Case Western Reserve University.  We are seeking a highly motivated individual to study the role of TDP-43 proteinopathy in neurodegeneration in various major neurodegenerative diseases (http://www.case.edu/med/pathology/wang/index.html). The ideal candidate should have just completed, or be nearing completion of a PhD in biology or related majors. Peer-reviewed publication record and working experience in molecular biology and cell biology techniques are highly desirable. A background in the field of Neuroscience is a plus.
