Case Western Reserve University School of Law invites applications from candidates for a Professor of Law, with an additional administrative appointment as the Associate Dean of Global Legal Studies. This is a tenured full-professor position, beginning July 2020. Candidates should have at least ten years of law teaching experience and a strong scholarly track record. Administrative experience building and administering academic programs required (experience with foreign graduate legal studies programs preferred). Responsibilities include oversight of our Foreign Graduate Legal Studies Program and other International Programs (in conjunction with individual program Directors), teaching in the JD program, teaching in the LLM and SJD programs, recruiting students, negotiating foreign partnership agreements, and outreach to foreign universities and foreign alumni. Extensive international travel required. Fluency in additional languages besides English preferred.
