The Department of Pharmacology at Case Western Reserve University (http://pharmacology.cwru.edu/) invites applications for tenured/tenure-track faculty positions at all ranks. Qualified individuals should have a PhD and/or MD (or equivalent advanced degree). All candidates should have established expertise in an area of pharmacology, a nationally funded research program, and an outstanding record of research activities.
Successful candidates will be expected to interact closely with current faculty within the Department and the CWRU School of Medicine through research, teaching, and service. Current areas of research expertise within the Department include Structural Biology, Cancer Biology, and Visual Sciences. While all areas of research will be considered, individuals with expertise in Neuropharmacology, Ocular Pharmacology, Pharmacogenomics, Cancer Pharmacology, Chemical Biology, or Cardiovascular Pharmacology are particularly encouraged to apply.
