Summer Housing Guest Permits

Housing guest permits are temporary permits that are valid for the start and end dates that you select when you purchase it online. Summer Housing permits must be printed and placed face up on your dashboard.

Housing guests must register for an online account on our CWRU Online Parking website. Click the link for “guest login” at the bottom of the page and then and at the top, center of the following page, click “register here”. A valid email address is required and the email address cannot be active on another parking account (i.e. student, staff, or visitor). An online account allows the options to review citations and process payments. A link to your permit is provided in the receipt that is emailed as confirmation of your permit purchase (See the link that says “print permit”):

Password resets can be completed by selecting the "retrieve your lost information". Please note, if the email address is active on two separate accounts, this option will not work. Please send an email to to resolve the issue.

Please be sure to only purchase a permit for the length of time you will have your rental vehicle. If you get a new vehicle, you will need to purchase a new permit to reflect its license plate. Any permit displayed without a matching license plate number will be subjected to violations.


Summer Guest Housing Permits are NOT refundable or transferrable and may only be used by the purchaser on the vehicle(s) registered parking account. Misuse of a summer guest housing permit will result in citations and additional sanctions as determined by parking management.
